I am an experienced Aviation Operations Professional with hands-on experience in load control, flight dispatch, turnaround coordination, and ground operations supervision. I currently work as an Operations Team Leader with National Aviation Services (NAS), supporting operations at Kilimanjaro and Dar es Salaam International Airports.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in weight and balance, flight management systems, ramp operations, dangerous goods handling, safety compliance, and turnaround coordination. I have also gained valuable experience working with major international airlines, including Aitranzania, Qatar Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, KLM, FlyDubai, Oman Air, and RwandAir.

One of my key professional achievements was being deployed to NBJ International Airport in Angola in 2025 to support the operational start-up of ground handling services. During this international assignment, I conducted load control operations and trained and supervised local staff to meet international operational standards.

I have also completed specialized aviation and leadership training, including Flight Dispatch Operations, Training of Trainers (ToT), leadership training, dangerous goods, ramp operations, and load control and weight-and-balance training. I am recognized for strong leadership, teamwork, integrity, problem-solving, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic airport environments.
